Geist, also known as B-22 or The Lake, is a private water resource located in Larimer County, Colorado. The dam spans 495 feet in length and covers a surface area of 23 acres, with a spillway width of 46 feet.

Despite its low hazard potential and satisfactory condition assessment, the risk assessment categorizes Geist as having a moderate risk level. The last inspection in June 2019 deemed the dam to be in good condition, with an inspection frequency of every 6 years.
