This will continue our pattern of light winds and warmer temperatures. The ridging pattern will fluctuate slightly over the next week leading to some slight warming and cooling, but temperatures will continue to be on the warmer side. Expect highs around 5 to 10 degrees above average (the mid to upper 90s for most of the desert valleys, getting near 110 for Death Valley) and lows closer to 10 degrees above average (70s for most areas and in the mid 80s at Death Valley). These conditions last through the next work week with models hinting at a pattern change arriving beyond the forecast period. && .AVIATION...For Harry Reid...For the 06Z Forecast Package...Winds remain light and follow typical, daily patterns. Chance of seeing 10+ knots is 10% or less throughout the TAF period. Clear skies until high clouds move in Friday evening.
