Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds gusts within the south to southwesterly flow tonight into early Friday morning will be across the higher elevations of the southern Greens of Vermont, Berkshires of Massachusetts, eastern Catskills and Taconics of eastern New York and the Litchfield Hills of northwest Connecticut. All areas will see widespread strong gusty winds very late Friday morning through late Friday evening.
