Franktown Parker Fpp-1, also known as Parker-1 Dam or Pine Gulch, is a critical flood risk reduction structure located in Douglas County, Colorado. Built in 1963 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam stands at a height of 27 feet with a hydraulic height of 30 feet and a structural height of 37 feet. Its primary purpose is flood risk reduction, with a maximum storage capacity of 102 acre-feet and a normal storage of 56 acre-feet.
