The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Special Weather Statement effective until 11:00 AM CDT, with fog conditions expected to persist through the morning hours before improving after 10:00 AM. Motorists throughout Minnesota, particularly in areas around Duluth and other northern regions, are urged to reduce speed, use low-beam headlights, and increase following distances when traveling through foggy conditions.
