* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Very
strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late Monday
afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates may reach 1 inch per hour at
times.

Storm Warning, west winds 40 to 50 knots with gusts up to 60
knots and waves 14 to 19 feet expected.
* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to
Geneva-on-the-Lake OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from
Vermilion to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 8 AM EST this morning. For
the Storm Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 35 to 45 knots
with gusts up to 60 knots and waves 14 to 19 feet. For the
Storm Warning, west winds 40 to 50 knots with gusts up to 60
knots and waves 16 to 21 feet expected.
* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Geneva-on-the-
Lake OH to Ripley NY, and the open waters of Lake Erie from
Geneva-on-the-Lake OH to Buffalo NY.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 10 AM EST this morning. For
the Storm Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 9 PM EST this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Ohio, Lorain, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore,
Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties. In Pennsylvania, Northern
Erie and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Erie, Huron, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, and
Wood Counties.
