expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
county, Ottawa.

* IMPACTS...Streams and rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff
from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with
water and may not be passable.

- At 528 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated that flooding is
continuing along the Portage River.
At 5 PM EDT, the river was at 13.20 feet. Flooding will
continue along the Portage River near Elmore. The river
should slowly recede tonight.

Bucyrus...Moderate flooding is forecast.

forecast.
* WHERE...Sandusky River at Tiffin.
* WHEN...Until early Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Flooding occurs along the Sandusky River
near Route 53 north of U.S. 224. Flood waters will also cause
Township Road 131 to become impassable. In town Water Street,
Front Street, and Davis Street are inundated.

- At 2:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Saturday morning.
