suddenly higher waves.

Burwell Bay, Irvington, Dominion Pier, Cobham Bay, Urbanna Inlet,
Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Coleman Bridge, Hampton River Inlet,
James River Bridge, Hampton Flats, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel,
Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, and White Stone Bridge.
* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph
with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
wind chills as low as 10 below expected.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In Virginia,
Grayson County. In West Virginia, Western Greenbrier County.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until noon EST Tuesday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low
as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are
not taken.
* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected,
especially at higher elevations.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Alleghany NC County. In Virginia,
Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Giles, Alleghany VA, Bath, Botetourt,
