More critically, major flooding is occurring on the Wapsipinicon River near De Witt (Scott and Clinton Counties), affecting numerous residences. The Iowa River system, including locations at Oakville and Wapello (Louisa County), is experiencing minor flooding with agricultural lands and county roads currently underwater.
