Major flooding continues on the Wapsipinicon River near De Witt, affecting Clinton and Scott counties, with water impacting many residences. Moderate flooding is reported on Black Hawk Creek at Hudson in Waterloo, with potential residential evacuations. Minor to moderate flooding affects multiple rivers including the Iowa River at Marshalltown, Des Moines River in Des Moines, South Skunk River near Ames and Colfax, Raccoon River near Des Moines, and Cedar River near Conesville.
