An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for northwest Oklahoma counties including Kingfisher, Logan, Payne, Garfield, Grant, Kay, Noble, Alfalfa, Major, and Woods Counties, with heat index values reaching 112-113°F. East central and northeast Oklahoma face similarly dangerous conditions with heat indices of 110-115°F. Heat Advisories extend through Sunday for central, south central, southeast, and southern Oklahoma with heat indices up to 110°F. The water level at the gauge in feet above the reference datum. Used together with discharge to track river state. Flood stage and runnable levels are typically expressed in gauge height (e.g., "flood at 16 ft").
